Important Information
Processing Times
Ready-made wreaths typically ship within 1-3 business days. Bespoke orders may take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. During peak seasons (Christmas), please allow additional time.
Damage in Transit
While we package carefully, accidents can happen. If your wreath arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
